Accepted Payment Methods
- We currently do not accept all insurance carriers; Aetna is currently our only carrier. For patients utilizing Aetna insurance, we will accept and directly bill Aetna insurance claims, subject to applicable coverage requirements, contractual agreements, and state and federal regulations.
- We accept credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards (limitations with your plan may apply). We recommend you keep a card on file for services rendered and products purchased.
Full Payment Required at Service Completion
- Payment for services is due at the time of each appointment. If you would like a Super Bill to submit to your insurance company yourself, please ask for it at the time of your visit and we can provide it to you via email.
