Insurance & Payment

We are a predominantly cash-based practice that also accepts eligible Aetna insurance and authorized Workers’ Compensation claims. Insurance coverage, benefits, and reimbursement are subject to plan provisions, medical necessity, applicable authorizations, and governing laws. Patient financial responsibility is determined in accordance with applicable payer agreements and legal requirements.
